*You can contact us on the mobile number should the PABX/Landlines not be operational due to external factors such as power failures or network/line maintenance. You can also try this number if the PABX goes unanswered during high call volumes or peak times. Bear in mind that during those peak times we sometimes cannot also answer every call as we only have 4 lines. In this event, please keep trying: we appreciate your calls. We are also on WhatsApp at the same number.
After Hours Policy
With all the platforms available (Email, WhatsApp, WhatsApp voice notes, Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, SMS, Voice Mail, TripAdvisor etc…) we sometimes have to take a break and so will reply to messages during our office hours only. So please use the EMAIL ADDRESS as the primary means of communication. If you see two Blue Ticks on your WhatsApp after hours it does not mean that we are going to reply at midnight. We cannot take booking after hours or reply to booking requests after hours.
